The Ghanaian press has continued to speculate on an eminent cabinet reshuffle, but the Castle, the seat of government, has remained silent on the issue. But in its current issue, the Voice private newspaper said the cabinet shake-up could happen this week. It said the “reshuffle is to give a new shine to the government and remove those who talk more than they can do.”
