NDC is better and bigger than NPP – Boateng Gyan

The National Organizer for the National Democratic Congress, Yaw Boateng Gyan, has rubbed salt into the wounds of the New Patriotic Party asserting that their inability to accept the truth no matter how bitter it is, has made them a backward political party and made the NDC a better and bigger political party.

“Today, the NDC is far better and bigger than the NPP because we welcome all forms of criticisms,” he pontificated.

According to Mr. Boateng Gyan, the harsh responses Dr. Charles Wereko-Brobby and Dr. Arthur Kennedy received for offering their opinions on how best the New Patriotic Party should have comported themselves after their defeat in 2012, put the party miles behind their main opponents.

He added that “in this world, when you ignore being truthful you are always left behind in whatever you do”.

Speaking on Okay FM, the NDC top man noted that, as a political observer, he has observed that leaders of the NPP dislike it when they are confronted with the truth. He remarked that they were likely to attack any person who told them their faults.

“I once discussed this issue with a key member of the NPP and I drew his attention to the unnecessary wrangling in their party. In response to that, he told me that the NDC did same to Rawlings when he disagreed with us. He tried to justify theirs with what happened in the NDC. But I told him unlike the way they have handled their situation, the NDC never insulted Mr. Rawlings. I told him the leaders in the NDC sat down and analyzed what he said and took the good part out of what he said”, he explained.
