Kobby Fiagbe apologises to Addo Kufuor

On the 25th day of November, 2011, I Kobby Fiagbe, the Managing Editor of the Ghanaian Lens newspaper did allege on Adom FM morning programme that Dr. Kwame Addo Kufuor former Honourable Member of Parliament and Minister of State was corrupt and was engaged in hiving off 20% of the value of contracts that he superintended over as the said Minister of State for his personal benefit and to the detriments of Ghana.

Subsequently Dr. Kwame Addo Kufuor sued me in the High Court and obtained judgement against me in defamation for which he was granted his reliefs.

Accordingly, I, Kobby Fiagbe, do hereby unreservedly and unconditionally withdraw the said offensive words and their imputations and sincerely apologize to Dr. Kwame Addo Kufuor.
