Hassan Ayariga blasts Ghanaian media

The 2012 Presidential Candidate of the PNC, Hassan Ayariga, has chastised the media for allowing politicians to use intemperate language on their medium.

Speaking at a news conference in Accra, Mr. Ayariga noted that such intemperate language reduces investor confidence.

He explained that the media have a greater responsibility to control panelists on their programme.

He, therefore, urged the National Media Commission to sanction media houses that allow politicians and other social commentators the use of their platform to insult others.
