NSS Board accuses Kuagbenu of taking unilateral decisions

The Board of the Ghana National Service Scheme has accused the head of the scheme of usurping the powers of the board and also taking unilateral decisions.

The board in a strongly worded statement copied to RadioXYZonline.com stated that the board has not taken any decision to draft service persons into traffic management as indicated by the scheme’s head Vincent Kuagbenu in a recent interview on an Accra based radio station.

The Board also accused Mr. Kuagbenu of taking unilateral decisions on the current and future operations of the scheme’s farm projects and other matters.

According to the Board, it has no knowledge and has not approved any request by EDAIF to invest some 6 million Ghana cedis to develop young people in agricultural and entrepreneurship.
