Following the controversy that has raged over the SADA-Asongtaba joint venture guinea fowl project in the Northern Region, Myjoyonline.com has intercepted an official document detailing how the project will be carried out, along with illustrations of the farm and even pictures of the branded uniforms staff will wear.
The document states that planning for the project started in 2009.
