Religious Group Donate Items To Hospital

Kumasi, Aug. 19, – A religious group based in Italy known as The Second Coming of Jesus Fellowship has presented items costing 7.6 million cedis to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi. They include 100 mattresses, 50 blankets and 50 bedsheets with pillow cases. Presenting the items, Pastor Joseph Antwi-Mensah, Leader of the Fellowship whose members are mainly Ghanaians, said they are the modest contribution of members to help improve conditions at the Hospital. Professor Albert P Asafo-Agyei, Chief Administrator of the Hospital, thanked the group for the donation and gave the assurance that they would be used for the purpose for which they were given. He expressed the hope that the Fellowship will continue to support the Hospital.
