TEIN commends Mahama for nominating former patron

Tertiary Educational Institution Network (TEIN) of the NDC, University of Education, Winneba branch, has commended President John Mahama for nominating Dr Avea Nsoh Ephraim as the Minister-designate for the Upper East Region.

The Network is highly convinced and optimistic about the ability of the nominee to deliver on the job if he is given the approval by Parliament.

“It is equally our solid believe that Dr Avea’s immense experience as a lecturer would positively impact on his work,” the group said.

Addressing a press conference in Winneba on Friday, Mr Albert Akanmiim, President of the Network, also saluted two senior officers of the University and patrons, who were elected as Members of Parliament (MPs).

They were Mr Majisi John, former lecturer and patron of the UEW TEIN who has been elected MP for Krachi-Intomuru and former finance officer, Mr Benjamin Kpodo, MP for Ho Central.
