On behalf of the Executive and the entire NPP family in Toronto, Canada, we wish to express our sincere sympathy for the passing of former Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Alhaji Aliu Mahama.
Hon. Mahama was a gallant leader and a stalwart of the New Patriotic Party for many years. Between 2001 and 2008, his immense wisdom, leadership and unwavering commitment to the positive change agenda as Vice-President of President Kufour administration led to appareled growth and enrichment of life for every Ghanaian.
As we mourn with all Ghanaians, our prayers and thoughts go out to his window Hajia Ramatu Aliu Mahama, the children and the entire family.
May God strengthen his family!
