The family of the late Col (Rtd) Roger Feli has donated ?10 million to NETFUND, in line with the late Feli’s known policies.
Presenting the cheque to the Chairman of NETFUND Alhaji Rahim Gbadamosi at the weekend,
General J. P. Adda, a family member of the late Colonel explained that, it had always been the wish of Col. Feli to help make a difference in the lives of deprived people through education.
“This donation of ?10 million is therefore in memory of the late Feli, who would have supported the NETFUND had he lived long enough,” General Adda added.
Alhaji Gbadamosi assured the family that their donation would be appropriately applied in furtherance of NETFUND objectives, which the late Feli equally shared.
On behalf of the entire Feli family, Gen. Adda also thanked the president and the government of Ghana for making it possible for the family to honourably organise a fitting burial of their late son, brother and father.
Col. Roger Feli was one of the executed Army Officers the president granted dispensation for their re-burials and fitting funerals.
