Ghana Association of Writers mourns mills

The Ghana Association of Writers (GAW) has expressed its heartfelt condolences to the family and wife of the late President John Evans Atta Mills.

A press release signed by Dr.Camynta Baezie, the General Secretary of GAW and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Friday, said they received the news of the late president with shock but pray that his soul will rest in eternal peace.

“There is sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messages of overwhelming grief… and unspeakable love, “the statement added.

It expressed their condolences to the current President, John Dramani Mahama and to the people of the country for the loss of the national leader.**
