Man dies after snake bites

A 32 year Ghanaian man was on Friday found lying dead in a Cassava ranch situated on the Winneba Cape Coast road in Ghana.

Madam Agnes Kwaw, a street fruit seller who witnessed the incidence proclaimed she spotted the dead man who is her first time customer entering the cassava cultivated area after he ordered GH?8 worth of fresh Pineapples from her joint.

The victim paid for the pineapples and requested to pick up the stuffs in a few minutes since he wanted a place to urinate; he then crossed to the other side of the street to get a position to do justice to the waste.

“I heard a loud shriek which sounded very disturbing to me after the customer entered the farm, so I alerted my husband who usually works on the plantations along the street, on the terrible noise from the cassava farm, for the reason that a customer went there to freshen up.”

He (Husband) made his way into the farm and found a man resting in a pool of blood along with a yellowish brown colored snake escaping from the dead man’s Shorts real quick” said the Madam Agnes.

According to Madam Agnes, her husband found a National Voters Card and a Barclays ATM card in his Gucci wallet which had “Edward Yaw Bergeson” tagged on it and a bank statement which had his bank branch location stated as Central Regional (Cape Coast) Branch.

Agnes Kwaw together with her partner (husband) who refused to give out his name to the TheMonteOz.com confirmed they were able to get access to the family of Edward Bergeson through his phone. According to reports, Edward is divorced with three kids. Two lovely daughters aged 11 and 13years plus a Seven years little boy. The deceased body has been transitioned to an unnamed hospital in the central region of Ghana.
