President John Evans Atta Mills on Tuesday made some Ministerial changes and appointments.
A statement issued in Accra by Mr J.K. Bebaako-Mensah, Secretary to the President said Mr Joseph Nii Laryea Afotey-Agbo, Member of Parliament for Kpone-Katamanso replaces Nii Armah Ashietey as Greater Accra Regional Minister.
It said Dr Kwesi Akyem Apea-Kubi, Eastern Regional Minister moves to the Office of the President as Minister of State whiles Mr Victor Smith becomes Eastern Regional Minister.
The statement said Mr Henry Ford Kamel, Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources takes over from Mr Joseph Z. Amenowode as Volta Regional Minister.
