Atebubu SHS holds awards day

Atebubu (B/A), Dec. 26, GNA – The Board of Governors and Management of the Atebubu Senior High School (SHS) in Brong-Ahafo have organised an “Excellence Awards Day’ for hard working and outstanding teachers, workers and students of the school to boost their morale.

The awards ceremony, the first of its kind in the 33 years of the school’s history, was under the theme ‘excellence, the bedrock of educational development”.

Fourteen individuals received awards.

Mr. Ibrahim Mumuni, 38, Government and Economics tutor, was adjudged the over-all best teacher and took home a Toshiba laptop computer, donated by the Atebubu-Amantin District Assembly.
