Chiefs and people of Tinkong warns tipper trucks drivers

Tinkong (E/R), Dec. 24, GNA – The Chiefs and people of Tinkong in the Akuapem North District have threatened to erect speed ramps on the Tinkong-Amanfrom road if the tipper truck drivers continue to drive carelessly in the area.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency at Tinkong on Saturday, the Nkosuohene of Tinkong, Nana Peprah, expressed concern about the careless manner the tipper truck drivers’ drive through the town. He said due to the dry weather, the speeding vehicles create a lot of dust, which makes it difficult for other road users to safely use the road.
