Ghanaians urged to rekindle communal spirit

‘ Odoben (C/R) , Nov. 2, GNA – Mrs Georgina Nkrumah Aboah, District Chief Executive for Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa (AOB) has called on the people in the area to rekindle their communal spirit to reduce the cost as well as ensure the early completion of development projects to better their lot.

Mrs Aboah said this when addressing a durbar to mark the week-long celebration of the Gyadu festival of the chiefs and people of Odoben Ekurampong in the district.

The DCE said the celebration of festivals helped to improve the socio-economic activities of traders since most of people from outside the area who attended would spend their monies there.
