21-year-old drunk technician electrocuted

Accra, Sept. 24, GNA – Kwame Addo, a 21 year-old computer technician, has been electrocuted around the Apostolic Revelation Society Church at Adenta-West in the Greater Accra Region.

The mother of the deceased; Madam Afua Foriwaa, told the Ghana News Agency that she left her son who was drunk on Thursday evening, September 22 for an all night-prayers.

She returned the following day and noticed that items in her room have been scattered whilst her son was lying prostrate on top of electric wires.

Madam Foriwaa said she raised the alarm, which attracted her neighbours.

Police personnel from Madina were at the scene to start their investigations.
