PRINPAG to hold seminar on telecom industry

Accra, Aug. 9, GNA – The Private Newspaper Publishers Association of Ghana (PRINGPAG) would on Friday organise a seminar for its members and other stakeholders on the telecommunication industry. The seminar would be on the theme: 93The Telecommunication Industry i= n Perspective; History, Overview and Contemporary Challenges Facing the Media in Ghana”.

A statement issued in Accra on Tuesday by Kenteman Nii Laryea Sowah, Executive Secretary of PRINPAG, said the keynote address would be delivered by the Minister of Communication, Mr Haruna Iddrisu. Mr Kabral Blay Amihere, Chairman of National Media Communication, woul= d chair the function. Other speakers include the Director-General of the National Communication Authority, Mr Paa Rock Van Percy, the President of the Chambe= r of Telecom, Mr. Philip Sowah, as well as representatives of the telecommunication companies – MTN, Vodafone, Airtel, Tigo, Glo and Expresso= ..
