Aboabo Number Four organises durbar for Regional Minister

Aboabo Number Four (B/A), May 18, GNA – Mr. Kwadwo Nyamekye-Marfo, Brong-Ahafo Regional Minister, has given the assurance that a new school block would be build for the Presbyterian Primary School at Aboabo Number Four, in the Dormaa Municipality. He was responding to an appeal made by Barima Okogyeatuo Agyemang, chief of the cluster community, at a durbar of chiefs and people in honour of the Regional Minister, who was on a three-day familiarization tour of the Municipality.

The Regional Minister reiterated Government’s determination to promote education towards achieving the better Ghana agenda. Barima Agyemang appealed to Government to rehabilitate the Dormaa-Ahenkro Junction road linking the four cluster settlements, to facilitate socio-economic activities. He recalled that the last NDC Government linked Aboabo Number Four to the national electricity grid, and appealed to the Regional Minister to ensure that the facility was extended to all communities in the area. Barima Agyemang asked Government to provide the people with good drinking water. Mr Nyamekye Marfo was honoured at similar durbars at Nsesreso, Danyame and Asunso Number One.
