Kumasi, April 24, GNA-The Reverend Daniel Anane-Peprah, the Old Tafo District Pastor of the Pentecostal Life Church International in Kumasi, has urged Ghanaians to bury their differences and reconcile with each other to ensure the development of the nation. He noted that peace and stability were pre-requisites to the development of any society hence the need pursue the virtues with all seriousness.
The Rev. Anane-Peprah was preaching at the Pentecostal Life Church International at Old Tafo to mark the resurrection of Christ in Kumasi on Sunday.
The theme for his sermon was: 93The meaning and impact of Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection”. He said it was high time Ghanaians did away with negative practices such as rumour mongering, backbiting, communal violence which affected development and advised them to unite and gear their efforts towards development. The Reverend Anane-Peprah reminded Christians not to use the occasion for only rejoicing and merry-making but to re-examine their lives and worship God at all times. He said the resurrection of Christ signified that all our sins have been forgiven and asked Christians to intensify their evangelism to transform society.
