Old students of Freeman Methodist JHS inaugurated

Koforidua, Jan. 5, GNA – A 13-member Interim Executive Committee of the Koforidua Freeman Methodist Junior High School 2006-2010 year group has bee= n inaugurated in Koforidua. The executive has Mr Israel Agyekum, as its President, Ms Ruth Antwi, the Secretary and Mr Joseph Boakye as the Treasurer. Mr Agyekum said old students all over the country were playing positiv= e roles in the development of their former schools. He said the Freeman Methodist JHS had the capacity to do better academically and also the former students had a responsibility to support the current students to improve the learning environment in the school. Mr Agyekum explained that the establishment of old students associations also helped former students to build viable social networks to support themselves and therefore invited other old students to join the association.
