Bolgatanga (U/E), Oct. 12, GNA – The Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) of the Ghana Police Service, at the weekend arrested 15 drivers and 58 motorbike riders, who had no valid licenses, road worthiness certificates and insurance, in the Bolgatanga Municipality.
