NPP delegates In Lawra/Nandom support Nana Addo-Addo

Nandom (U/W), June 22, GNA – Delegates to the forthcoming presidential primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Lawra-Nandom constituency have pledged to give all their votes to Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. Mr. Koyiri Ankantaa, the Constituency Chairman who made the pledge on Monday on behalf of the 729 delegates, said they believed it was only Nana Akufo-Addo who could lead the party to victory in 2012. Nana Akufo-Addo is among five candidates who have got the approval of the party to contest the primaries. Mr. Ambrose Dery, the Member of Parliament for the Lawra-Nandom, told the delegates that the party was not just looking for a candidate but a candidate who had the ability to win the sympathy of floating voters.
