Chief appeals for upgrading of health centre

Sankore (B/A), June 10, GNA – Nana Yaw Adusei, Omanhene of Sankore Traditional Area in the Asunafo South District, has appealed to the Ministry of Health to upgrade the Sankore Health Centre to a hospital. He noted that the centre built during the Second Republic, needed to be upgraded into a hospital considering the increase in population in the area. Nana Adusei said the chiefs and people recently undertook communal labour and rehabilitated the buildings to meet the health needs of the people. 10 June 10
