Practice what Jesus taught – Evangelist

Takoradi, April 2, GNA – Evangelist Rockson Mebeah, Takoradi District Evangelist of the New Apostolic Church, on Friday said Good Friday should remind Christians of the need to practice what Jesus Christ taught so that his suffering and death would not be in vain. Preaching the sermon on Good Friday service at Takoradi, he said Jesus Christ taught his followers what they should be done when he was going to be crucified and this should be obeyed by every Christian. Evangelist Mebeah said Christ would reward everybody for his works during his second coming and this should be borne in mind by the Christian. He said Good Friday is different from every other Friday because of the suffering and crucifixion of the saviour, Jesus Christ. Evangelist Mebeah said everybody should believe and accept Jesus Christ because prophecies which were told about him were being fulfilled.
