Pomadze Hatchery Still in Operation – M.D.

Accra, – The Managing director of Pomadze Poultry farm, Dr G.E.S. Williams, has denied that the hatchery department of the company, has been closed down as reported in the media last Wednesday. Briefing the press in Accra today, Dr Williams said because some farmers have been forced to wind up as a result of high cost of feeds, the company is finding it difficult to market its day-old chicks. He said the problem has forced the company to cut down drastically on the quantity of day-old chicks it produces in a month. The managing director assured the company’s customers that the hatchery is still functioning and that they can get their requirements. Gri
