Works Progresses on Kotoka Airport

Work on the expansion of exiting facilities at the Kotoka International Airport by the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) is in progress.

Areas to be expanded are the runway, departure hall and communications facilities and this is to cost $74m. According to Mr Samuel Osei-Anah Director of Project of GCAA, while the run-way would be completed by the end of the year, the departure hall and communications would be completed by the end of next year.
