A final funeral rites has been held at the Alabar Zongo in the Manhyia Constituency in Kumasi for the late Alhaji Seidu Abdallah (78) the Ashanti Regional Mossi chief Imam. Among personalities who attended the funeral were, Mr. J.A. Kufuor, 1996 flag bearer of the NPP, Dr. Kwame Addo Kufuor, MP for Manhyia, Nana Dr. Mensah Akabor II Nkosoohene of Offinso Traditional area, Alhaji Ibrahim Abdul Rahman Adam III, Chief of Moshie Community in Ashanti Region and Alhaji Ibrahim Abu, Muslim Chief of New York USA. Alhaji Ustaz Tajudeen Danladi was installed as the new Ashanti Regional Moshie Chief Imam as Muslim tradition demand before the funeral was held, with Alhaji Abdul Razak Alhassan installed as his deputy.
