UK-based Ghanaian Doctor supports Kumasi Children’s Home

Kumasi, July 23, GNA – A UK-based Ghanaian doctor and one other colleague on Thursday donated items to the Kumasi Children’s Home. The items included 10 bags of rice, five cartons of cream milk, a box of Milo and packets of biscuit.

Others were sugar, gallons of edible oil, canned tomatoes, rolls of toilet tissue, boxes of key soap, and loaves of bread. Dr. Eric Peprah and Dr. V.Shah are both medical practitioners at Morland Road Surgery, Croydon-London.

Dr Pepra said “this is to serve as an example to other individuals and the wealthy to donate to the needy”, Dr. Peprah said. Madam Victoria Asugnya, Supervisor of the Home, thanked the donors and appealed to others to assist the home. 23 July 09
