Living Streams International Church organises walk

Accra, April 19, GNA – Members of Complete Renewed Equipped Women (CREW), a women’s ministry of Living Streams International Church would register 150 people in La Community under the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)free of charge. In addition, they would offer free medical services to the people on May 2. Dr (Mrs) Davina Markwei, President of the Ministry, announced these at the end of a healthy walk in Accra on Saturday. The walk to raise money for its activities started from Jubilee House in Accra, to Police Headquarters, Labone Junction and ended at Trade Fair Centre. About 200 people including members of the church and people from La community, participated in the exercise. Dr Markwei said the exercise formed part of the ministry’s social responsibility, to assist communities where it operated. She appealed for support to enable the ministry achieve its objective to provide quality health care delivery for the people.
