A highly charged crowd besieged the Tema Community One Police Station early this morning, on hearing that two men had been arrested on suspicion of being serial killers. The suspects, using a tainted glassed black Lancia Dedra car with registration number GT 6943 R were arrested after midnight upon a tip off, when they picked two women at Site 18 in Tema.
