President nominates two DCEs

Accra, Sept. 11, GNA – President John Kufuor has nominated Mr Geoffery Kodzo Badasu to replace Mr Pius Kwame Adanuti as the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Kpando.

A statement in Accra signed by Mr Kwadwo Adjei-Darko, Local Government Minister, said Mr Joseph Kpemka Dindiok has also been nominated as the DCE for the Garu-Tempane. It said Mr Emmanuel Sin-nyet Asigri, former DCE of the Garu-Tempane has been recalled to his former position at the Office of the President. The nominees are expected to go through confirmation by their respective assemblies and before their appointment.
