Foundation presents CCTVs to UEW

Winneba (C/R), July 27, GNA – The Force Foundation, a worldwide support library, in collaboration with the Eye Care Unit of Ghana Health Service, has donated three Closed Circuit Television Sets to the Special Education Department of the University of Education, Winneba. Presenting the items to the Department, Dr. Oscar Debrah of the Eye Care Unit said the donation was in response to a request made by the University.

Dr. Debrah expressed the hope that the equipment would enhance the academic needs of “low vision” students at the University. Mr. Alexander Oppong, head of the Department, expressed appreciation to the Unit and the Ghana Health Service for responding quickly to the request and gave the assurance that the equipment would be put to good use for the benefit of students. Mr. Oppong appealed to other groupings and philanthropists to come to the aid of the Department.
