A renowned International Evangelist, Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh has appealed to Global Community Leaders to join hands in putting together a genuine program of action that will permanently assist developing countries the world-over overcome poverty and deprivation.
He made this passionate call at this year’s Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship International Convention ended successfully in Orlando, Florida, early this July.
Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, who was the main speaker for the occasion, warned against the dangers of ‘Offences’. He pointed out that offences are destroying families, homes, creating enmity even among Pastors, members of churches, politicians and Nations.
He, with several Bible references as basis, cautioned that ‘Offence’ is a negative spirit which if not uprooted can inhibit ones blessings, and prevent us from receiving from God. He further prayed that all will have the will-power to overcome this wicked spirit and its destructive effect. He ended by exhorting Ministers of the Gospel to work together at local and international levels for the sake of the Gospel. Rev. Dr. Tetteh, whose ministration and impartation resulted in an overwhelming standing ovation, was led by the Holy Spirit to perform mighty miracles, accentuated by instantaneous healing among the crowd who gathered there to receive from the throne of Grace. The three-day Convention attracted over two thousand (2000) members from Europe, Asia, Africa, North & South America, and The Caribbean.
Earlier in his opening address, the President of the Fellowship, Mr. Richard Shakaian reminded participants of the vision of FGBMFI, which is to win souls of Business Executives, who by the nature of their profession hardly find time to worship and fellowship with believers, for the Lord Jesus Christ. He exhorted members to aggressively engage in evangelization to win more souls for Christ. Several powerful speakers including Dr. Peter Gammon ministered to the gathering.
One of the major impacts of the Convention was the strengthening of the bonds of friendship among the various participants and Business–networking.
