Adum-Banso community provides accommodation for teachers

Adum-Banso(WR), April 28, GNA – The Chiefs and people of Adum-Banso in Wassa-Mpohor East District are constructing a GH¢15,000 hostel to accommodate teachers posted to the community.

The 12-roomed project is being undertaken through communal labour, voluntary contributions and fund raising activities.

Nana Kobena Acquah, Regent of Adum-Banso, speaking to GNA said the project was expected to be completed within six months.

In another development, management of Benso Oil Palm Plantation (BOPP) has donated building materials made up of cement, iron rods, roofing sheets and nails worth GH¢5,000 to the community towards the project.
