The Latin america y caribbean branch of the National Democratic Congress, NDC, has congratulated the party’s newly appointed running mate, John Dramani Mahama. “we are of the hope that, his selection was based on the merit of the politcal, human qualities he posesses and the contribution he has made towards building the party and the nation.” Now we appeal to all memebers of the party who´s names came up for consideration as the running mate to bury their differences and unite for the batttle ahead, thanking them for their support.
NDC members all over the world are working tirelessly to get a branch and diseminate the good message of Prof Atta mills in building the nation when elected as the president 2008 general election On his part, an activist of the NDC and Phd student in Cuba Mr karl kwame arhin also call on the rank and file of the party to be vigilant on the election day . He called on the youth not to forget the task ahead ensuring all stones are not to be left unturned. He congratulated the TIEN for the good work being done and urged them to torelate others views withoung trading insults. Mr Arhin said , the propaganda machinary of the party must be revitalised since the elephant party will begin to fabricate dangerous stories to descredit some leaders of the party.
Finally, he reminded the National Executive committee of the NDC to be extra vigilent on the safety of both the Presidential and parliamentary candidates during their political campaigns, lest we forget the foot soldiers of the party as a whole. We wish to thank all Ghanaians and the media in particular for the excellent contribution towards this successful selection process.
