Invitation to The 9th Annual Ghanaian-Canadian Achievement Award Dinner/Dance

We have the pleasure to respectfully invite you as a Guest at the 9th annual Ghanaian-Canadian Achievement Awards Night at La Vita Banquet and Convention Centre, 4000 Steeles Avenue W., Woodbridge, Ontario, (Steeles/Weston Rd.) on Saturday, September 12th 2009. The event will start at 6:00 p.m.

This annual event is to recognize and honour Ghanaian Canadians who have excelled in their fields or made significant contributions to the well being of the community and Canadian society.

Awards will be given for community spirit and commitment, professional excellence, academic achievement, the promotion of culture, music and entertainment, sports, business and commerce. This Awards Night will therefore showcase both adult and youth role models within our community.

There will be an interlude of Ghanaian cultural display, fashion show, High-Life Dancing Competition and crowning of High-life King and Queen 2009 during the program.

We will very much appreciate your presence at the Awards/Dinner Night and in order to help support this year event a modest fee of $20.00 is being charge.

You can also support our cause by buying a table of 10 people for $200.00 to the dinner.
