The Brong Ahafo Regional Director of Education, Mrs Akua Debrah, has disclosed that 4 Districts in the region are currently enjoying free education.
They include Nkoranza, Wenchi, Atebubu and Sene Districts.
Mrs Debrah said pupils who have this opportunity will be catered for at the Basic Level and the rest of their education will be sponsored by District and Education Common Fund.
In an interview with Space Fm Mrs Debrah observed that ignorance, poverty and sickness can be healed with quality education.
She appealed to the elderly to further their education, because education has no end.
She urged parents and guardians to be responsible at all times.
