Bawku (U/E), Dec. 10, GNA – Thirty-three contestants have filed their nominations to contest the nine positions of the Bawku Central branch of the New Patriotic Party to be held at the weekend at Bawku. Five persons including the incumbent 1st Vice-Chairman are vying for the Chairmanship, whilst three are standing for the 1st Vice-Chairman position.
The 2nd Vice Chairman position has four candidates, whilst four also are contesting the Secretary post.
For the Assistant Secretary, four persons are contesting, Youth Organizer, four and Treasurer, four. Four others are contesting the Women Organizer post.
