31st December Women’s Movement Owns 50% Of Radio Gold

Information reaching The Citizen Newspaper indicates that 31st December Women’s Movement owns 50% of Radio Gold, an Accra based Radio station situated at Lartebiokoshie.
A source close to the 31st December Women’s Movement told this paper that the movement was part of the establishment of this radio station that one family is now claiming ownership of even though they know that the movement has contributed 50% of all that was required for the establishment of this radio station.
According to the source, the representative of the movement on the board of the radio station at the time eventually connived with those claiming ownership of the property today and diverted it to a different direction in a bid to use it to champion their selfish political aspirations.
The source says after getting the representative of the movement on their side, some of the documents covering the property were changed without the knowledge of the movement, thus paving way for one party to claim ownership of it, hence the jingle hovering around today that the property belongs to the company of one family.
According to the source, the movement decided to go into partnership with the other party with the sole aim of using the station to champion the cause of women in the country and Africa as a whole.
The source says the movement will soon act to reverse the trend, come what may.
Watch out for more revelation on this matter.
