Three persons have died in a gory accident at Akropong-Akuapem in the Eastern region.
The accident occurred Saturday dawn at Akropong.
The deceased have been identified as Kwaku Bingle, Barrack Opoku and Eric Frempong Bentum .
Two other passengers are in critical condition .One of the critically injured Lydia Yevu ,has the right hand amputated .
They are currently at the emergency unit of Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital in Akuapem Mampong.
Information gathered indicates that, the five persons onboard a private vehicle went out at night to merry.
However, they got involved in the fatal accident when returning home.
It is not clear what exactly caused the accident.
Police have since begun investigations into the accident.
