Wa, Nov. 2,GNA – The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has deployed two thousand, three hundred and nineteen (2,319) National Service Personnel (NSP) to the Upper West Region for the 2010/11 service year. Mr. Joseph Bati, the NSS Regional Office Administrator, in an interview with the GNA in Wa on Monday, said the figure was historic as compared to previous service years.
