22-year-old commits suicide

A 22-year-old man has allegedly hanged himself in the Eastern regional town of Suhum.

Kwame Tabi is reported to have locked himself in a bathroom around midnight and hanged himself with a piece of clothing.

Kwame had been suffering from hernia for the past eight years, a condition which has caused his stomach to bloat.

It is, however, not clear if the alleged suicide had anything to do with his hernia.
