Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) has said in a press conference held in Accra that the results of the just ended elections is an accurate and true reflection of the choices of the electorates.
Akufo-Addo emerged winner in the polls and CODEO has disclosed that their estimates match the certified results released by the Electoral Commission.
