The 2012 PANAFEST/Emancipation Day Celebration has been cancelled, an official statement signed by Ms Akua Sena Dansua, the Minister of Tourism, has said.
The statement said “We regret to announce that due to circumstances beyond our control, the 2012 PANAFEST/Emancipation Day Celebrations has been cancelled.”
