2 kids suffocate in mum’s car

Two kids, believed to be siblings, have died of suffocation in their mother’s car, their father has confirmed.

Clement Simpson said his children died after they got locked up in their mother’s car.

Speaking on Boss FM, the distraught father said the sad incident occurred at Nkwanta Kesse at Affigya Kwabre last Wednesday evening.

Reports suggested that the children, who were suspected to be playing, entered their mother’s car and got locked up in it unknowingly.

The innocent children remained in the car for several hours as their parents searched for their whereabouts.

Later, the kids’ mother was going to move her car when to her horror, she found the two children lying motionless in it.

The two children, whose identities were not given, were still alive when they were found, but looked very weak.

They were therefore rushed to a medical facility for treatment by their parents. Sadly, the two siblings were declared dead on arrival at the hospital, a source disclosed.
