15 injured in near-fatal crash at 37 hospital

At least 15 people sustained injuries in a car crash near the 37 Military Hospital Monday morning in Accra.

One person is reported to be in critical condition.

The crash was between a Toyota Corolla and Toyota Passenger bus at the 37 hospital roundabout.

The Koforidua-bound bus somersaulted and hit the saloon car which had reportedly jumped a red light.

The Police conveyed the victims to the 37 military hospital for treatment.

Driver of the Passenger bus, Victor Addy, told XYZ News that the accident could have been avoided if the driver of the corolla salon car had obeyed the traffic light.
