13 appointed assembly members of Zebilla sworn into office

Zebilla (UE/R), Feb.19, GNA – Thirteen appointed assembly members of the Bawku West District were on Thursday sworn into office at Zebilla by Mr. Paul Alhassan, a magistrate at a district court at Zebilla. This enabled the assembly to choose two members, Baba Kumasi and Moses Aduk-pam to represent the district at the Upper East Electoral College to elect the regional representative on the Council of State. Mr. Vincent Adzato-Ntem, Bawku West District Coordinating Director, asked the 13 members to work assiduously towards the development of the area.

The District Chief Executive, Mr. Desmond Bugbilla, tasked the assembly members to come out with good proposals for the development of the area.
